Questions about Shipping:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track and, if necessary, manage the delivery of your order. Don't overlook it! It might have ended up in SPAM!
Express courier (GLS):
How much does shipping cost?
All shipments cost 5.50 euros, up to 100 euros of purchase. Over 100 euros, it's free. This applies in Italy, excluding certain specific locations (see next point).
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped with GLS courier for all Italian destinations, except for locations that are particularly difficult for couriers to reach, such as some remote mountain areas, certain minor islands, or places like Campione D'Italia, etc.
All orders to these destinations that do not incur surcharges with PosteItaliane will be shipped with PosteItaliane.

How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped every 2 days, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
How soon will my order arrive?
GLS courier takes only 24/48h for deliveries!
Is my order tracked?
Absolutely yes! As soon as the courier takes charge of the package, you will receive an email from which you can track the order.
How many delivery attempts will be made?
A first delivery attempt is made, after which you will receive an email from the courier through which you can manage the shipment.
The courier came but I wasn't home, what do I do?
Check the email and click on the link! Everything will be explained there!
How does international shipping work?
For shipments within the EU, GLS courier will be used; for shipments outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), the national postal service will be used.
Orders outside the European Union will be shipped with the national postal service. Any customs fees will be borne by the customer.

You will need to provide your email and mobile number during the order, to which the pick-up codes will be sent.
How do I select the locker for pick-up?
To select the locker, simply open the order details tab on the thank you page after purchase.
