As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track and manage your delivery. Don't overlook it! It might end up in your SPAM folder!
Express Courier (GLS):
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs €5.50 for orders up to €100. For orders over €100, shipping is free. This applies to Italy, excluding certain special locations (see the next point).
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via GLS courier to all Italian destinations, except for locations that are particularly difficult for couriers to access, such as some remote mountain areas, some small islands, or places like Campione d'Italia, etc.
All orders to these locations will be shipped via BRT or, in extreme cases, PosteItaliane or other couriers.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped every 2 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The GLS courier only takes 24/48 hours for deliveries!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as the courier takes possession of the package, you will receive an email that lets you track your order.
How many delivery attempts will be made?
After the first delivery attempt, you will receive an update email. Two delivery attempts will be made, after which the package will be held in storage.
The courier came by but I wasn't home, what should I do?
Check your email and click the link! Everything will be explained there!

How do international shipments work?
For shipments within the EU, the GLS courier will be used; for shipments outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), the national postal service will be used.
OrdinOrders outside the European Union will be shipped via the national postal service. Any customs duties will be the customer's responsibility.

You will need to provide an email address and/or mobile phone number during checkout, where pickup codes will be sent.
How do I select a pickup locker?
To select a locker, simply open the order details page in the thank-you screen after your purchase.
