Refund policy

 

Our 30-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must include all original tags, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you received, and once your return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must include all original tags, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, you will receive your refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
